When the storm clouds vanished
there in the sky above

Appeared God's Beautiful Rainbow
a symbol of his love.

Its teachings were tucked in every hue
from red to orange to yellow, green and blue

Indigo and violet were added to the mold
and at its end was placed a wondrous Pot of Gold.

 Through the lessons of the colors
we learn to do our part

So God may know his teachings
are implanted in every heart.
