The California Leadership Team website exists in order that we may:

Our mission is to be creative and proactive in teaching the effectiveness of the lessons found in our Rainbow University "Making a Difference" manual which is meant to help create a polished image in ones everyday lifestyle. Our mission is to help our Rainbow girls develop that polished image in a positive ‘first impression’ that we believe comes through poise, confidence and life lessons found in this manual.

On this website, we have provided a forum for any Rainbow girl or adult to ask the leadership team questions based on information found in our Rainbow University "Making a Difference" manual. These topics include, but are not limited to:

The "I Will Survive" workshops this year will focus on health, safety, self-confidence, skin care, etiquette and finances. However, the Leadership Team will be happy to answer any email questions you might have on topics found in the entire Rainbow University manual.
