Send of your entry forms to the address listed on the form BEFORE MARCH 1, 2002. No entries will be accepted after this date!!!!!!!

Only one entry per girl! This will allow more girls to earn ribbons. The Arts and Crafts item must have been completed since the 2001 Grand Assembly. Categories are listed below.

Please be sure the guidelines are followed and the form is filled out properly and MAILED TO ME BY THE DEADLINE, so that certificates can be made for each girl entering the competition. Deadline: March 1, 2002. No entries will b accepted after this date.

The Mother Advisor, or a designated adult representative, must bring ALL ENTRIES FROM YOUR ASSEMBLY to the Craft Booth for check-in between 9:00 a.m. and noon on Saturday, March 23, 2002, or for 1 hour after opening sessions begin.

Please CHECK and make sure each form is LEGIBLE. Be sure the description is DETAILED enough so we will know what item belongs to each girl. The girl's name should NOT be on the entry.

If you have any adult from your assembly who would like to help out by being a judge, please have them fill in the appropriate  form and return to me.
