It is with regret that I report to you that yesterday (9/10/2002) we lost Mr. Geoff   Cook.  As you know he was the husband of the late  Mrs. Lois Cook, Past Supreme Inspector in California and Member of the House of Gold. I talked to Dale today and Geoff had requested that no funeral be held in his honor.

She has asked that all donations be made to the Grand Assembly of California to be used where the need is greatest. These need to be sent to Sara Lee Martin, 17910 Joshua Drive, Yorba Linda, California, 92886. If you want your donation to be tax deductible then it would need to be made out to the California Rainbow For Girls Foundation or CRFGF.   We will notify the family of all memorial contributions sent in either fashion.

The family is planning a "Picnic" on Saturday September 21st at Pescadero Beach at 12 noon.  Pescadero Beach is south of Half Moon Bay.  I know that they would be happy to have you attend and share wonderful and happy memories of this very special man.  I am sure that Anna and Bill Lind will have more details.

I regret that Victoria and I will not be able to attend due to the Official Visit and Initiation in Quincy that afternoon at 2 PM.

Rainbow Love, Sara Lee
